Refund Policy at ObyaaPlace

We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our services, that we’re willing to offer a 24 hours risk-free money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase/service, we will cheerfully issue a full refund, subject to deductions for legal documents or services provided. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of your payment. Just send an email to support@obyaaplace.com We will process your request within 7 to 15 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refunds like a reason for a refund, bank details for processing requests, etc.

Additional services

Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.

Cancellation policy:

If the customer has paid for a service/product and then a refund is requested only because there was a change of mind, the refund will not be considered because ObyaaPlace has no-fault. If the customer wants a refund after starting work, no refund will be made. The client will have to pay 100% of the order amount.

– Refund Amount of CA/Legal/Tax Consultancy Services:

We at Charge the 2 types of fee on each service :
#1. Government Fee
#2. Professional Fee

So we are only responsible for the refund of professional fees and some part of the government fees which are not spent on the service. If we are spent a government fee on your work then we are not responsible for refunding your amount.


– Refund Amount of Campground Services:

Being a customer-centric company, we ensure that you get a better experience with us. Therefore, we have designed a customer-friendly refund policy. You need to go through the pointers given below before claiming for refund.

We make every effort to provide the service to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from ObyaaPlace, however if, due to any reason, we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject on the following situations:

  • In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on ObyaaPlace.
  • If you cancel the booking 24 hours before the check-in time, you are eligible for a 70% refund (after deducting 30% ​​as service tax).
  • Same day cancellations are NOT eligible for a refund amount.

Exchange of Service :

We accept the Exchange of service when the customer is not entitled to the refund & work not started by ObyaaPlace team. The exchange of service will be the sole discretion of the ObyaaPlace management team.

Refunds Process :

If ObyaaPlace (ObyaaPlace Startup & Digital Web Solutions) has approved the Refund request then the customer will get the Refund after the deduction of the Payment Gateway Fee.

It takes min 10 -12 working days to credit your bank account (Provide us bank account number & IFSC Code for the same).


Late or Missing Refunds :

if you have not received any kind of refund after approval in the next 25 days then first check your bank account statement with keywords like “ObyaaPlace Refund” or “Instamojo.” after that, please contact to your credit card or bank.
